盛严，1975年出生，山东鱼台人，副教授，2004年获得西安交通大学力学专业博士学位。主持和参加国家级和省部级科研项目两项，发表论文20余篇，sci、ei论文10余篇。

教学工作：

为本科生讲授《材料力学》、《工程力学》，为研究生讲授《弹塑性力学》。

科研项目：

2008-2011，主持完成山东省博士基金项目：刚架桁架类杆系主动结构的动力学属性理论与实验研究，10万元。
